“Dialysis Snapshot” covers five areas of daily life. Each area has things to consider when choosing a dialysis treatment. The answers you provide give a snapshot of your values and lifestyle. Throughout the assessment, you can see how the different treatment options fit with your lifestyle. Some pages have more information, be sure to scroll down the pages to read it.

The Calendar

Throughout the quiz, Dialysis Snapshot calendars appear after certain questions. Click on the tabs to see the different schedules for dialysis and how they can impact your schedule and activities.

Summary page

At the end of the quiz, you receive a summary of the results. Print the results and share them with your healthcare team. Remember to always talk to your doctor about your needs, as well as the treatment options available to you.
