This is a guide that has two sections:Section one focuses on PD Prescription Management with an emphasis on commencing and maintaining the effective management of a PD patient’s prescription. Section two focuses on the application of PD Adequest and its capabilities to assist clinicians with prescribing and managing PD patients. This guide encompasses recent evidence and revised practice guideline recommendations from professional societies for peritoneal dialysis. It is intended to be used only as a guide and not as a replacement for clinical judgement.
